Jiangsu Xinhuaheng Precision Machinery Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1997, consists of 8 subsidiaries, and has a total registered capital of RMB 230 million. The headquarter of the group is located in the comprehensive bonded area of the National Nanjing Economic & Technological Development Zone (adjacent to the national deep-water port, Nanjing Longtan Port). In the first phase, more than 40,000 square meters of land was acquired. Office building, factories, warehouses, multiple-use building, electronic building, dormitory and other facilities have been built. The construction area is more than 29,000 square meters, and the total investment in the first phase infrastructure construction was RMB 200 million. In the second phase, more than 30,000 square meters of land was approved for acquisition. In the next few years, Xinhuaheng will turn it into an industrial base of a new standard in the industry that integrates technological innovation, intelligent production, and international markets and services.
In 2010, Xinhuaheng Group invested more than RMB 10 million to build a CNC fully automated stainless-steel and carbon steel multi-material decoiling production line, which became the first in the domestic medical equipment industry. Later, nearly RMB 8 million was successively invested to continuously digitalize and upgrade this production line. It is the first and only company among the domestic counterparts that can achieve multi-material decoiling, wire drawing, simultaneous filming, and fine blanking. Since the group established a 2026 10-year industrial intelligence development strategy, Xinhuaheng has owned production lines with German KUKA bending robots, laser cutters, CNC high-speed punch turrets and automated spraying production lines; and many advanced production equipments such as CNC bending machines; CNC shearing machines; CNC planers; CNC pipe drilling machines; CNC wire cutters; and CNC pipe bending machines. This created a solid foundation for forming complete product structures; accelerating the development of new products; and improving the accuracy and stability of product quality. According to the group's intelligent manufacturing strategic plan, the world's top processing equipment such as Salvagnini’s fully automated CNC machine centres from Italy, KUKA welding robots from Germany, polishing robot and other world-class manufacturing equipment were also successively purchased.
In 2016, the group planned to establish the Vulcandor European Industrial Design Center (Branch) in the Netherlands to keep up with the most frontier and advanced global industrial design concepts and trends; Xinhuaheng is also the first company within its domestic counterparts to establish a design center in Europe. →
Xinhuaheng is a professional enterprise engaged in the R&D, production, sales, after-sales service, and related engineering supports of medical equipment and ward furniture series equipment in various departments of the hospital. It is a national foreign-aid medical project supplier selected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce, and the enterprise has the right to import and export independently. It has passed a number of technical certifications such as medical equipment quality management, total quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety management, after-sales service certification, business continuity management system certification, and product environmental testing.
